Psalm settings (extra credit)

The Psalms were originally sung.  Unfortunately (as with most ancient music) we don't know what the tunes were, so something is lost.  However, composers (including many NSU students) have set the Psalms to music.  For extra credit, find and listen to  a sung version of any Psalm of your choice.  You can use my brother Marc's Psalms or NSU student Alan Clark's Psalm (linked on D2L), but there are many other excellent settings online you can use instead.

Note here the "setting" you listened to, then comment on how listening to the Psalms set to music changes the way you react the Psalm *or* just note how this particular song might have contributed to ethical guidance or emotional fulfillment for the people of ancient Israel.
